FH Campus 02 has joined regional tech transfer office WTZ Süd, bringing the latter's total membership to nine.

Austria-based applied sciences university FH Campus 02 has joined regional tech transfer office WTZ Süd.
FH Campus 02 joins two other recent additions to WTZ Süd – FH Joanneum and FH Kärnten – bringing the TTO’s overall membership to nine.
WTZ Süd is managed by Graz University of Technology and also includes University of Klagenfurt, Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, University of Graz, Medical University of Graz, Montanuniversität Leoben and Kunstuniversität Graz.
The TTO has adopted a new strategy that will include support for more spinouts and startups, and will also seek out more opportunities in the so-called Stem subjects of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
WTZ Süd is one of Austria’s three regional TTOs, with most of its members concentrated in the southern Austrian states Styria and Carinthia.
The unit has traditionally prioritised knowledge transfer services with the aim of connecting academic research to industry partners.
