Which camp are you in? In China, it seems, there is e-commerce firm Alibaba and there is internet company Tencent. Alibaba and Tencent account for 40% to 50% of venture capital flows in mainland China, according to data from McKinsey quoted by Financial Times reporter Henny Sender, who is to moderate a panel at the GCV Asia Congress in Hong Kong on September 20.
