Big data firm the Shared Learning Collaborative (SLC), backed by $100m from philanthropic organisations The Gates Foundation and Carnegie Corporation, has rebranded itself as a new startup inBloom.
The US-based non-profit SLC has been on silent running since it was first formed in 2011, but has been busy behind the scenes.
