Caroline Dreyer, leader of Conectus, has been appointed president of the national Satt Network for a one-year term as part of a board reshuffle.

Caroline Dreyer (pictured first from left) has been appointed president of France’s regionalised tech transfer system Satt Network for a one-year term.
Dreyer has been CEO and chairwoman at Conectus, the regional TTO for Alsace in northeast France, since mid-2018. She joined Conectus as deputy executive director in 2012, following three and a half years as the director of University of Strasbourg’s TTO.
Dreyer’s appointment is part of a wider boardroom refresh at Satt Network.
Other appointees, also for a one-year term, include Xavier Apolinarksi (third from left), president of Satt Paris-Saclay, who will serve as the network’s vice-president for industry relations.
Sophie Jullian (second from left), president of Pulsalys, has been named Satt Network’s secretary and vice-president for institutional relations, while Pierre Dufresne (picured right), president of Toulouse Tech Transfer, will act as treasurer.
Dreyer said: “I would like to thank the previous office for all its work in the service of the influence and cohesion of the Satt Network.
“With the new team, we will continue this trajectory thanks to the strength of our collective action to maximise the socio-economic impact of the results of public research and promote job creation and the competitiveness of our industrial fabric.”
