Based on OSU research, Pellucere Technologies is to begin selling its soil resistant solar panel coating having previously disclosed a $3m equity investment in November last year.

Pellucere Technologies, a US-based solar panel coating manufacturer based on Oregon State University (OSU) research, has received an undisclosed sum from venture capital firm Energy Innovation Capital.
The investment took place in 2018 but was only formally announced by Pellucere yesterday.
Previously known as CSD Nano, Pellucere has devised an anti-reflective and soil resistant coating called MoreSun that helps boost the energy output of solar panels, which rely on a clean reception of sunlight to run effectively.
