Liverpool's health sciences academic assessment software spinout has been bought by exam platform ExamSoft, which will augment and integrate its services.

Liftupp, a UK-based academic assessment software developer spun out of University of Liverpool, has been acquired by student examination platform ExamSoft for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2015, Liftupp offers educational assessment tools intended to build a holistic picture of a student’s performance.
The software caters to health sciences including dentistry, medicine and veterinary practice, as well as the so-called “allied health” group of professions, which encompass a number of specialisms and technical roles.
