TUM spinout Kiutra has secured seed funding to ramp up operations for its cyrogenic cooling technology, which it regards as the answer to the problem of industrial-scale quantum manufacturing.

Kiutra, a Germany-based quantum technology manufacturing spinout of Technical University of Munich, has procured a seven-figure euro (€1m = $1.2m) seed sum from investors including an initiative overseen by TUM’s tech transfer office, Unternehmertum.
Unternehmertum invested through Initiative for Industrial Innovators, the pan-European deep tech innovation program supported by a number of EU departments and programs.
