Tellus You Care, a US-based telemedicine device supplier founded by Stanford University students, has obtained $2.8m in a round backed by university venture fund University of Tokyo Edge Capital and NTT Docomo Ventures, a corporate venturing arm of telecoms firm NTT Docomo, Forbes reported on Friday.
