Bow Capital has helped supply fresh funding for the equity-free capital provider to boost its expansion and broaden its product offering.

Clearco, a Canada-based non-dilutive capital provider, has secured $215m in a funding round backed by Bow Capital, a venture capital firm anchored by University of California.
Telecoms conglomerate SoftBank’s Vision Fund 2 led the round, which also featured by accounting software provider Intuit and investment firm Park West. It brought the company’s overall equity funding to $385m.
