Agilio Software has bought Newcastle spinout Clarity Informatics, a healthtech developer founded in 2000.

Clarity Informatics, a UK-based healthcare technology spinout of Newcastle University, has been acquired by Agilio Software, which markets software to run GP practices, according to Insider Media.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. A regulatory filing indicates the acquisition was completed on April 26, 2021.
